Strong Wrapped

Strong Wrapped gives you stats about your workouts tracked on the Strong app.

To use Strong Wrapped you will have to export your data from the Strong app.

To export your data from the Strong app, navigate to the home screen, click Profile, in the top left click the settings symbol, scroll down and click "Export Strong Data".
